How long will it take to receive an answer to my enquiry?
We pride ourselves on our fast response rate and will contact you within 1-3 hours from receiving your query.
Are you contactable out of hours in the event of an emergency?
Yes, we offer an emergency, out of hours service and we can be contacted outside of office hours.
How long is your guarantee?
We are fully insured for public liability and all work undertaken, no matter how small, will carry a labour and parts guarantee for 12 months to give you peace of mind.

Can I claim back the cost of a domestic boiler repair from my insurance company?
If you are a tenant, then it is your landlord’s or letting agency’s responsibility to cover the cost of any boiler repairs.
If you are a homeowner, it is possible to make a claim in the event of a boiler breakdown, however because it is so common, most insurers exclude it as a standard from home insurance policies. There may be options to buy what’s called ‘emergency home cover’ as an extra, or ‘add on’, to your policy for an additional monthly fee. Specialist boiler cover policies are also available. In the event of a claim, you may have to pay an excess. Regular boiler servicing may be a condition of the policy and most often it’s required annually. If you don’t get your boiler serviced regularly, you’ll probably find your cover is void.
